  • Certificate on Completion
  • Weekly Mini-Projects to solve

And the experience …

  • Live Weekly Webinars

We run two to three live webinars each week. These take place in the late afternoon and evenings for maximum flexibility. These live webinars are also recorded and are made available in case you miss one.

  • Curated Video Material

During the course, we share 3 to 15 min videos which cover the essential tools, techniques and foundational knowledge required for each section. These can be watched when it suits but will form part of the live webinar discussions.

  • Mini Project & Activities

Every week there are a number of mini-projects and exercises that need to be completed. We have designed these sessions so they can fit in at work and/or potentially be done in your own time.

  • Daily Learning Nuggets

Every day we share what we call a “learning nugget’. These microlearning modules generally last 3 to 8 mins and continue to build your knowledge and spark your curiosity.

  • 1-2-1 Mentoring and Coaching Sessions

We plan weekly 1-2-1 coaching sessions with each individual to help tailor and apply what they have learnt to their sector and personal experiences.

  • Team Discussions

Every week we run 1 to 2 team discussions for feedback and collaboration

You've got questions? We have answers

When do the webinars take place?

For our live webinars, we currently hold two sessions. One for the Eastern Time Zone and one for London Time Zone. Both take place at 6 pm on Tuesday and Thursday with an occasional third session planned for Sunday at 10am.

What software is needed for the course?

We will use Zoom for the Webinars and team sessions, Slack for group discussions and sharing documents, tools, and general discussion. Micro-Learning will also be provided on Slack. All software is free and can be downloaded to Mac or PC.

Is any special technology of software required?

There are no technical equipment requirements other than having a computer with Excel installed and a webcam to connect to the live conferences. We use Zoom for our webinars and Slack for interactive sessions and sharing daily nuggets so being able to access these on a mobile will be useful.

We do offer some courses on Minitab but a trial version of this software can be download for free for 30 days.

What can I do after the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course?

The goal of the Lean Six Sigma course, and the reason why its such a great place to start, is that the course will enable you to run your own Lean Six Sigma projects and begin to really drive significant and sustainable improvements across all areas of business. Green Belt certification will support career progression in areas such as Process Leaders, Business Analysts, Project Managers and across a huge range of Operational focused roles as well.

Is there any pre-work required?

Once you book your space on the course, we will share with you a suggested reading list and we do suggest that the books are read before the course begins. We will also share with you a number of interesting articles, videos and other material before course kicks off. The idea is to provide a basic introduction to the core concepts of Lean and Six Sigma as well as getting that curiosity going.
